Myanmar Consumers Union has endorsed the Consumers International’s Global Statement on Consumer IoT Security. On 15th February 2022, Consumers International announced the official release of the global statement on consumer Internet of Things (IoT) security, with over 100 endorsers from industry leaders, consumer groups, cyber security coalitions and government entities. This statement is a testament to the critical role of multi-stakeholder collaboration to promote the responsible development of technology and to strengthen protection for consumers.
